Reservations and Payments

• Late arrivals: To avoid affecting the itinerary and the rest of the group, we recommend arriving in advance. In case of a no-show or missing the departure, the deposit may not be refundable, as it covers previously arranged operational expenses.

• Cancellations: If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask you to notify us at least 72 hours in advance so we can review the available options.

• Health-related cancellations: In the event of an emergency or medical situation, we may consider rescheduling or other alternatives depending on the circumstances. A medical certificate may be requested, along with prior notice of at least 24 hours whenever possible.

• Weather conditions: If weather conditions prevent the tour from being carried out safely, you may reschedule your trip or receive a 100% refund.

• Tours requiring a minimum number of participants: When a tour requires a minimum of 10 participants and the required number is not reached, we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance. You may reschedule your trip or request the corresponding refund.

 

During the Tour

• Safety and respectful environment: To ensure a safe and pleasant atmosphere for everyone, the consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted during the tours.

• Seat assignment: Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Special requests for medical or accessibility reasons may be considered when communicated in advance. Additional pick-ups along the route may involve an extra charge.

• Staff instructions: For everyone's safety and to ensure the smooth operation of the tour, we kindly ask you to follow the instructions provided by our guides, motorcycle guides, and assigned staff.

• Questions or concerns: We are here to help. Any questions, suggestions, or concerns can be communicated directly to Tours Maravillas through our official channels so we can provide the appropriate assistance.

• Personal belongings: We recommend keeping your personal belongings with you and under your supervision throughout the trip. Tours Maravillas cannot assume responsibility for lost items.

• Group safety: If any behavior poses a risk to the safety or well-being of travelers, we may take the necessary measures to protect the group and ensure the activity can continue safely.

 

Information and Logistics

• Trip information: Approximately 2:00 PM on the day before your tour, we will send the itinerary, meeting point, recommendations, and other necessary information either directly to you or through the corresponding WhatsApp group.

 

Travel Documents

​

• Travel documents: Each traveler is responsible for ensuring that their ID, passport, or any other required documents are valid and in proper condition for the trip.

• Traveling with minors: When a minor travels accompanied by only one parent, the required documentation and authorizations established by the relevant authorities must be provided.

• Photography and content: When taking photographs or videos during our activities, we will request the appropriate authorization for their use. For minors, authorization from their parents or legal guardians will be required.

Parking: Parking is available at the departure point (Hotel Intercontinental) for a cost of $4.00 per day. This is an electronic parking system.​
